If you thought that the CA802 was odd, this goes a step further! This was another Costgold Research product. I have been told that they may have produced only four of them though. It forms an interesting link between the old NAS-BUS / 80-BUS and the modern PC.

The card used an 80286 processor with 256k RAM and BIOS EPROMs. There appears to be a card position for an 80287 co-processor too - that would really have given this card some "punch" at that time! The one shown doesn't have any screen printing on the card - it may have been a prototype unit. That is about all I know at present. Hopefully I'll find out more eventually...
