Shown as advertised in the
MNUG book, the S.P.C Textie Mk.5 word processor was one of the third-party programs which appeared. Now it would be looked on as a fairly mediocre text editor, but at the time it was probably as good as you could get on a RAM-based system. Remember that the cost of RAM was extremely high at this time.
